I’m a writer and editor based in New York City.

Right now, I write about people and make videos for St. Agrestis. For years, I did the same thing at Food52. Also, I’m the founder and editor of Restaurant Adjacent—a newsletter that saved the world’s best restaurant, rebranded Lent, and considered purchasing a Taco Bell franchise.

Previously, I was an award-winning hold music salesman (although it says audio branding consultant on my resume) and line cook. I love oysters and well-placed jingles.
